Where can agentic AI actually help your operation?

We ask for your name, your company, your position and your email address. Those details, and what you tell the agent during the assessment, are used for:

• Identifying you and your company so the assessment and the report are about you.
• Running the assessment conversation and scoring your answers.
• Taking your answers through your microphone, if you choose to speak rather than type.
• Producing your readiness report and emailing it to you.
• Emailing you a link to pick the assessment back up if you leave it unfinished.

Speaking is optional — you can type every answer instead. If you do speak, your microphone is used only while you hold the button to talk. What you say is sent to our speech provider, which transcribes it and returns the words to us. We do not keep the recording ourselves, but the speech provider holds it for a period under its own policy, so we cannot promise the audio disappears the moment you stop speaking. If you would rather no recording existed at all, type your answers instead.

Your assessment transcript is retained for 12 months and then deleted. We do not sell your details. We do use two service providers to run the assessment: an AI model provider, which generates the agent’s questions and writes your report, and a speech provider, which handles transcription and the agent’s voice. Both process your answers on our instructions and under contract, and nobody else outside Talos AI Solutions receives them.
